Booking

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit is also non-transferable in the event of cancellation. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment, and all remaining payment must be made in Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Appointment made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Deposit not paid within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment may result in cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all JayFlickz Productions policies.


Payment

Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted. All payment for your session, including the deposit should be processed using one of these methods, as Acuity Scheduling does not handle deposits or final payments.


Cancellation - Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their session once with at least 24 hours notice before their scheduled shoot. If rescheduling is requested less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. Your deposit can still be credited toward a future session. If you cancel your session entirely, your deposit will act as a cancellation fee. To receive a half refund or credit your deposit toward a future session, you must provide at least 72 hours notice before your scheduled shoot. If you fail to notify me at least 24 hours in advance, the half refund option will no longer be available.


Rescheduling Fees:

Free if i’m available.

$20 fee if I need to adjust my schedule to fit you in.

Free rescheduling is allowed within 3 months on a date that works for me.


Cancellations by JayFlickzProductions:

If I am unable to fulfill the session due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events, your retainer fee will be fully refunded. However, I am not responsible beyond the amount paid for the session in the event of equipment failure, data loss, or other technical issues.


POST - PHOTOSHOOT

After your session is done, raw photos will be uploaded and you will receive a custom link to your phone number or instagram page provided upon booking. If balance is not received upon completion of the shoot, photos will not be released. After raw photos are received, you are given 48 hours from the time they were delivered to send back the desired amount of photos you want edited. Heart or comment each desired photos in the link to specify which photos you’d like edited.


Guests

For studio shoots, I allow a maximum of four people in the studio unless we discuss otherwise. For lifestyle shoots, i recommend keeping the group to five people or fewer to ensure the best results. If you have a larger group, please contact me in advance so we can discuss options. Makeup artists/ Hairstylists are welcome on set. Photographer is not responsible for supplying any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a booking. Failure to properly will sole serve the photographer no responsibility.


Tardiness

Plan accordingly and please arrive on time! Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness. I allow a 15 minute grace period. If you are over 15 minute late, a $25 late fee will be required. If you are late beyond 50% of your shoot time, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment.


Location Requirements (Lifestyle Shoots Only)

Clients must provide the location for their photoshoot at the time of booking. If you are unsure, enter N/A, and I can suggest locations after booking. However, I highly recommend having a location in mind to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
