Booking

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit is also non-transferable in the event of cancellation. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment, and all remaining payment must be made in Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Appointment made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Deposit not paid within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment may result in cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all JayFlickz Productions policies.

Payment

Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted. All payment for your session, including the deposit should be processed using one of these methods, as Acuity Scheduling does not handle deposits or final payments.

Cancellation

You can cancel your appointment at any time. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the non-refundable deposit will act as your cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this time will require a $10 fee before you can rebook.

Rescheduling Fees:

Free Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment once for free with at least 24 hours’ notice, within 3 months, on a date that works for me.

Late Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

Deposit Credit: Your deposit can still be credited toward a future session if rescheduling is needed.

Cancellations by JayFlickzProductions:

If I am unable to fulfill the session due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events, your retainer fee will be fully refunded. However, I am not responsible beyond the amount paid for the session in the event of equipment failure, data loss, or other technical issues.

POST - PHOTOSHOOT

After your session is complete, raw photos will be uploaded and a custom link will be sent to the phone number provided during booking. If the remaining balance is not paid at the time of the shoot, photos will not be released.

Once you receive your raw images, you have 48 hours to select the photos you'd like edited. Please "heart" your chosen images directly in the gallery link to indicate your selections.

Turnaround time begins only after you've selected your desired photos. Please refrain from asking about edits if the standard turnaround window has not passed. Rushed edits are available upon request for an additional fee.
